He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. He completed his lawyer’s apprenticeship before the District Bar Council in Rzeszow.
Graduate of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods), the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice (Law in Health Care) and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (Fiscal and Economic Criminal Law). He also completed a course in American law organized by the Catholic University of Lublin in cooperation with Chicago Kent College of Law.
Registered in the list of attorneys kept by the District Bar Council in Rzeszów. Holds a license of restructuring advisor granted by the Minister of Justice with license number 1645. Registered on the list of permanent mediators of the President of the District Court in Rzeszów and the President of the District Court in Tarnobrzeg.
Member of the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors.
He is certified in Legal English (TOLES Legal English Skills Higher Level), which enables him to communicate effectively with foreign clients. He also has command of the Italian language.
